What is Life Coaching?

A life coach is like a soccer coach or basketball coach, some call us “guides” we help people make progress, changes in their lives in order to attain greater life fulfillment.  A life coach can help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles that are holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle.

What is the difference between Coaching & Therapy?

One primary difference between a therapist and a coach is that generally speaking, therapists tend to focus briefly on the client’s past or present.  My approach is to focus on what do they did to you as a child/what happened to you as a child, so then we can embrace the present, and prepare the client to welcome their BEST future. Therapists are often more focused on conditions while coaches are often more focused on behaviors.

Am I a viable possibility for Transformation?

Anyone with the willingness to put the effort into their transformation is a possibility, anyone who is willing to dig deep into their why’s is a possibility, anyone who is tired of being tired…is a possibility.

Is Coaching only for single individuals?

? Coaching is for anyone, I have worked with families of 8 (closing the gap of miscommunication) I have worked with couples – Preventing them from filing Divorce and/or guiding them to have an amicable separation/divorce.

How long do I have to commit to working with a Coach?

It all depends on the individual, some clients do what’s needed even knowing that could be painful but they do it without hesitation and could start producing changes right away, others take more coaching, more patience, and more courage to do what’s needed and their transformation takes longer but I could say that in average it takes 6 months to 1 year.
